God Knows You And Wants You

1 Peter 5:7 KJV - Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

Focus on that last part for a minute. God cares for you! He loves you. He knew you before you were born (Jeremiah 1:5). He wants the very best for you.
Sadly, we often don’t want what is best for us. When we were lost and wandering through life satisfying the lusts of our flesh, we did not desire what was best for us.

There is nothing better for us than a life serving Jesus. A life covered by the blood. A life with the guiding and leading of the Holy Spirit.

That life is the life Jesus wants for us because “he cares for us.” Jesus wants this for the one who wandered away (Luke 15:20), the one who knows nothing about him (John 4:9) and the one who has served him faithfully (Matt. 25:23).

God knows you and wants you.
