Examples to the Flock

Pe 5:3  Neither as being lords over God's heritage, but being ensamples to the flock.

As Union Hill celebrates 100 years, we as a congregation look back at the ones who made our present reality possible. Our house of worship, our praise, and our commitment to the Lord are on the backs and prayers of those who came before us.

Many in our church are blessed to have a heritage of Godliness that they can look back on and see the hand of God in. Others of us, like the gentiles as a whole, have been grafted into the branch (Romans 11), and are so thankful to be adopted into our church family, and more importantly, the family of God.

No matter whether you’ve served God for 50 years, 20 years, 2 years, or 2 minutes, God has a plan and a calling for your life. Seek His face to find His will for you, and when you find it, obey and run after what He has directed you toward. He is able to do exceedingly more than you could ever ask or think (Eph. 3:20)! So ask him today!
