John 11:44 KJV
And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.
If we get ourselves bound up with the things of this world, it only takes the voice of Jesus to make us free. He can command we are loosed and let go, but that’s not the end of the story.
Once we’re free, it’s our choice what we do. Do we maintain our freedom with our faith in Christ or do we move our faith and allow those grave clothes to slowly find their way back. We can become wrapped up in the things of this world and allow our faith to lapse.
We must continually keep our eyes upon Jesus if we want the grave clothes to stay off and our freedom to abound.
